Morningstar Direct Advisory Suite + Advisor Workstation will undergo data center server maintenance starting Friday, Oct. 24 at 8:00 p.m. CT and concluding Saturday, Oct. 25 at 4:00 p.m. CST.

Key Details:
- Main Maintenance Window: Friday, Oct. 24, 8:00 p.m. CT to Saturday, Oct. 25, 2:00 a.m. CT. During this time, clients may experience downtime or slowness.
- Post-Maintenance Testing: Saturday, Oct. 25, 2:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CT. While we perform testing to ensure the migration was successful, intermittent slowness or downtime may still occur.

Please note that if a rollback is required, any data saved during the overall maintenance window may not be retained.
